ORDERS, SHIPPINGS

All items sold by Queenie Cao are custom made. Certain pieces may request 3-4 weeks of producing from the day the order is made for receipt of order. 

Queenie Cao orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Orders placed after 2 pm EST on Fridays and all orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped out on Monday.

We shipping worldwide. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 business days of the order's delivery date. Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned in any event within 3-5 business days from the day the refund is made. 

The merchandise must be returned complete, in its original condition, must not be damaged, altered, and with the original jewelry boxes and original packaging. Queenie Cao Jewelry will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been adjusted.  Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. 

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, your entitlement to a refund may be affected. We request that you do not adjust the size or wear the jewelry until you are completely satisfied that the items will not be subject to return within 14 days. 

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Queenie Cao does not accept exchange, all jewelry items sold by Queenie Cao are custom made, every piece would be slightly different from others. 

SALES TAX

All prices on the Queenie Cao are given in US Dollars ($). In the United States all E-SHOP sales that are shipped to an address within New York State are required to pay sales tax. The sales tax will be added at checkout.

All orders shipped to addresses outside the State of New York are exempt from local sales taxes.

Please note that Queenie Cao has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.
